Executive Committee

CIPIVIE's board of directors is an elected group of individuals that represent our organization. Our board is a governing body that meets at regular intervals to set corporate management and oversight policies. Our board of directors is responsible for helping CIPIVIE set broad goals, supporting executive responsibilities, and ensuring the organization has adequate, well-managed resources at its disposal.

Mabandi Adelbert Limbangi

A board member since 2013, Mr. Mabandi is the Zone Manager at Paradies Lagardere located in Charlotte, North Carolina. He is an American citizen originally from The Democratic Republic of Congo (Kinshasa). In addition, the General Manager at CIPIVIE USA also extends his time to Paradies Lagardere with full time employment. He is dedicated to helping the two Congos and intends to extend to other African countries.

Jean Pierre Bongwangela

Vice-Chairman

A retired military general in the Congolese Armed Forces since May 2020, he joined the Board of Directors in 2021. Deputy Chief of Staff, in charge of administration and logistics of the armed forces of the Democratic Republic of Congo was his last job. He is helping in various projects to improve the lives of those in the communities in Congo-Kinshasa, especially with the Humanitarian Pharmacy Project in Mbudi, Kinshasa in the capital city of DRC where the general made the building available for the project.

Mabandi Rahab Mafukwa

Mabandi Rahab Mafukwa

Treasurer

Ms. Mabandi Rahab Mafukwa is an Assistant Nurse at Novant Health Care System in Charlotte, North Carolina. She joined the Board of Directors in 2017. The same way she shows care for her patients at the hospital, she is doing so by helping the people of the two Congos.

Secretary

A student at University of North Carolina at Charlotte (UNCC), Rejoice joined the board of directors in 2020. She is planning on becoming a Physician’s Assistant and helping people in need. Besides being a student at university, she is working part time at Starmed Urgent Care as a Medical Scribe.

Sylvie Losala Bongwangela

In Kinshasa she is called, "Mama social". She is the CEO and Founder of BOSYL, her own foundation. She is involved in charity projects such as the Sanitation Projects in many areas of Kinshasa, the capital city of the Democratic Republic of Congo and recently with Agriculture projects in Mikawu, a large country side of Kinshasa. She joined the Board of Directors in 2021.

Fatou Keita

Ms. Keita Fatou is the Managing Director of "LES CAPRICES DE PEGGY ET LILAS" in Brazzaville, Congo. She joined the Board of Directors in 2021. A dedicated human being in helping others, she is a great financial and logistics donor to CIPIVIE at its Headquarters in Brazzaville.

HUGUES ONDZIA OBONDZO

Mr. Ondzia is the Secretary General International at CIPIVIE's Headquarters in the Republic of Congo-Brazzaville. A talented administrator with an economics backgrounds, he is the Co-founder of CIPIVIE in Congo. He joined the Board of Directors in 2021. He is involved in both projects in the Democratic Republic of Congo-Kinshasa and The Republic of Congo-Brazzaville. He is one of CIPIVIE's leaders who is taking the organization to new heights. Mr. Ondzia is a dedicated leader for the well-being of its people in big cities as well as in rural areas.
